Marketplace Rules
IshVault supports only legitimate digital assets that may lawfully and contractually be transferred.
Prohibited listings
Stolen accounts, hacked or compromised accounts, credentials obtained through phishing, fraudulently obtained digital assets, unauthorized access, security circumvention, and items whose transfer or sale violates applicable platform rules are prohibited.
Listing accuracy
Listing titles, descriptions, audience information, price, status, and specifications must be accurate and must not conceal material restrictions.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers must review listing details and applicable platform requirements before purchase and use acquired assets lawfully and responsibly.
Enforcement
IshVault may restrict listings, orders, or accounts involved in suspected fraud, unauthorized access, or policy violations while the matter is reviewed.
